The hospitality education is a very dynamic and constantly evolving discipline. This is due to rising demand globally in the tourism and hospitality industry. To keep abreast on this trend, this humble work is conceived. Menu Design and Revenue Management are most of the topics that are often not thoroughly discussed and more often taken for granted. Nevertheless, these topics are very important in the holistic development of the students in the hospitality industry. Thus, this humble piece of work is created with the intent of adding more skills and knowledge in this area.
