Auxiliary Machinery 2

This course allows students to demonstrate ability in operating and troubleshooting purifier and its systems; marine refrigeration and its systems; air conditioning and ventilation system and steering gear and its system. Prior operation and troubleshooting, the course also provides introductory learning to the students that will enable them to demonstrate the required course outcome expected in every graduate of Marine Engineering. Introductory learning of this course includes the parts, components, associated systems that is relevant to purifier, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation, and steering gear. Enabling learning allows them to apply their introductory learning to a higher level not limited to identifying troubles, functions and operations; which is required for the students to perform operation and troubleshooting.
