Community-Based Correction in the Philippines (Non-Institutional Correction) Second Edition

The primary goal of this 2025 edition is to offer an up-to-date textbook for community-based correction in the Philippines. Changes have been made since the 2018 edition was published, including the release of the Enhanced Table of Specification for Criminologists Licensure Examination by PRC-PRB of Criminology, which was initially implemented last July-August 2024 Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists, the enactment of Republic Act No. 11362 or An Act Authorizing the Court to Require Community Service in lieu of Imprisonment for the Penalties of Arresto Menor and Arresto Mayor (Community Service Act) on August 8, 2019, and CHED CMO No. 05, Series of 2018 “Policies, Standards, and Guidelines for Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BS Criminology) Program”. The end-of-chapter activities were kept and improved in accordance with the outcome-based methodology.
