Dispute resolution and crisis management is a study involving the understanding, analysis and applying best strategies in resolving disputes at the elementary stage. The restoration of interpersonal relations among the member of the parties involved are its primordial end. It also covers those devoted to trace back the origin of conflicted situations and how it can be measured and prevented in such a way that promotion of a peaceful resolution is emphasized. Moreover, the understanding and application of knowledge on the Incident Command System as an approach in dealing with Crisis Management were significantly featured.
