This book was finally organized based on the wide, long and in-depth teaching experiences of the author for over 43 years. Added to his extensive teaching experiences are his actual practice as a behavior-therapist and a founding proprietor and manager of his own school – Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel that offers basic-college education, and graduate school ─ in consortium with the Technological University of the Philippines. He used almost all the books in General Psychology as references in writing this outline-textbook. He enriched and polished this book by first using it as a try-out textbook at Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel by all the teachers of General Psychology ─ for two semesters during the school year 2008–2009. All their comments and suggestions were incorporated by the author in the final form and substance of this book.
