Non-Institutional Corrections

This subject (non-institutional corrections) is covered under the area of correctional administration that tackles community-based correction of deserving convicts. It mainly deals with the Philippine probation system governed by P.D. 968 and its other amending laws. It also deals with parole and other executive clemencies practiced in our country. This material was initially prepared to provide the needed basic knowledge to which students enrolled in this subject are expected to acquire or learn. In addition, the trend of board examination seems to be updated every now and then such that new updates are being included.
